FAQ
How do I book a session?
To reserve your date, select your desired experience, complete the booking form, sign the contract, and pay the required retainer. Your session is not officially booked until both the contract and retainer have been received.
What areas do you serve?
Willieson Photography is based in Houston, Texas, and serves clients throughout the Greater Houston area and surrounding communities. Travel outside the Houston area may be subject to additional travel fees.
How much is required to book?
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due before your scheduled session.
When will I receive my photos?
Portrait and graduation galleries are typically delivered within 14–21 business days. Wedding gallery delivery timelines vary based on collection and coverage. Rush Delivery is available for select sessions.
How will I receive my images?
Your images will be delivered through a private online gallery where you can view, download, share, and order prints.
Do you provide RAW files?
No. RAW and unedited files remain the property of Willieson Photography and are not included with any package.
What happens if it rains?
For outdoor sessions, we will reschedule if weather conditions are unsafe or negatively impact the quality of your photographs.
Can I bring family members or friends?
Absolutely. Family members and guests are welcome to attend your session. Graduation clients may also include family portraits during their session when time allows.
Can I change outfits?
Yes. Outfit changes are included based on the package you select. Please review your package details for specific allowances.
Do you help with posing?
Absolutely. You do not need any modeling experience. I provide guidance throughout the session to help you feel comfortable, confident, and natural in front of the camera.
Can I choose my location?
Yes. You’re welcome to choose a location that is meaningful to you, or I can recommend locations throughout Houston based on the style you’re looking for.
Do you photograph weddings?
Yes. Wedding collections are available and can be customized to fit your celebration. Please inquire for availability and collection details.
What if I need to reschedule?
Sessions may be rescheduled with advance notice. Please refer to your contract for complete rescheduling and cancellation policies.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans may be available for select wedding collections. Contact us for more information.
What should I wear to my session?
After booking, you’ll receive preparation guidance and recommendations to help you choose outfits that photograph beautifully and fit your vision.
